Registering for the next Kapiti Wellbeing Fair
Everyone who wants to have a stall at the next fair needs to apply before each fair. Registration is now open for the fair on Sunday 24 May 2026.
Our fair is a curated event so that there is a good variety and lots of new stalls on offer at each fair. Our by-line is 'local wellness for local people' hence we are primarily looking for practitioners based in Kapiti but will consider 'guests' from outside the area from time to time. Also stallholders who have been twice in a row are asked to take a break from applying. Stalls are assigned at the organisers' discretion, not on a first-in, first-served basis. No discussion regarding the success of your application will be entered into. However, if you are unsuccessful then you are welcome to reapply for the next fair.
The costs are as follows:

Full trestle table with two chairs – $35

Half trestle table with one chair – $20

Reading space with one square table and two chairs – $35

Treatment space with one chair and room for a treatment chair/table – $35
Generally a table and chair will be provided. You can either have a treatment/reading space OR a table for selling products and/or promoting your services. The treatment/reading area does not have room for the sale of products. If you bring a treatment chair, you may be able to have a very small table for flyers/cards and some equipment. An extra chair can be supplied if needed.
The size of the stalls is approx 1700mm deep x 1800mm wide and reading tables are approx 800 x 800mm. Depending on your stall and the number of chairs allocated, a maximum of 2 stallholders operating the same business per site are allowed. The stalls are not suitable for gazebos or large displays as the hall is quite small.
Subletting: you cannot sub-let your stall to anyone else on the day or share your stall with someone else. All stallholders must be approved by the fair coordinators and have a separate booking.
Refunds and cancellations: There are no refunds once you are confirmed. If you need to cancel for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reallocate your stall to the next person on the waiting list. You are not allowed to reallocate the stall yourself.
Applications for the next fair close on 31 March 2026 and you will be notified whether your application has been successful or not soon after.
