All our products are made and packages with care. However, if you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please contact us immediately so we can find a solution.

 

We take great care and effort to accurately describe the products we sell. If the goods you receive are not as described on our website or are faulty, we will refund your money.

 

Please take care when placing your order that the goods are suitable for your intent as we are not obliged to accept goods for a refund if you simply change your mind. We will endeavour to work with you to reach an amicable solution if this should happen at our discretion.

 

We do our best to make sure your order is properly packaged and that the address is as you have provided. If your order goes missing or the good arrive damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us immediately so we can work with you to rectify the issue.
